Barnabas Hembron
Barnabas is the Mission Co-ordinator at Bangladesh Baptist Church Sangha in Dhaka, organising their evangelism and holistic mission work. He is also pastor of a local church, a tutor at the College of Christian Theology, Bangladesh, and the moderator for the Evangelism, Ethnic Unity and Culture Department of the National Church Council of Bangladesh.
Originally training as a footballer, Barnabas left his club when God called him during a spiritual revival camp to ‘go to the world to fulfil my purpose’. He has been in ministry for over two decades and his heart remains fixed on the desire to fulfil God’s purpose, anytime, anywhere!
Barnabas is married to Juthika, who serves in a women’s fellowship. They have a son and daughter – Aristarch and Arista. Barnabas loves singing and praising Jesus!
