Supporter Services Team Member

United Kingdom

Could you make someone’s day by taking their phone call—and help transform lives around the world?

Join our Supporter Services team and use your confidence, care and attention to detail to help every supporter feel valued. You’ll respond promptly to enquiries, handle donations accurately and work collaboratively with colleagues. If you enjoy analysing detail, taking initiative and providing excellent supporter care, you could thrive in this team environment.

As a Supporter Services Team Member, you will take responsibility for the following areas.

  • Database integrity: Maintaining accurate records, analysing information and working with the Finance and Supporter Engagement teams.

  • Supporter communication: Responding confidently to enquiries by phone and email, and sending thank-you letters and receipts.

  • Donation processing and financial accuracy: You’ll process donations, analyse bank statements and make careful decisions that support Gift Aid and GDPR compliance, helping us handle every gift responsibly.

You can thrive in this role if you are committed to delivering excellent supporter care and keen to improve how we work. You will bring attention to detail, sound judgement and the confidence to handle financial and database-related tasks. You will also communicate with empathy, share ideas and collaborate with colleagues. Experience in customer service or supporter care is desirable, along with enthusiasm for learning and growing in the role.

Every conversation you have will help shape a supporter’s experience of our organisation. You will take an active part in building trusted relationships with supporters and churches, making thoughtful decisions and ensuring every interaction shows how much we value their partnership.

If you enjoy working with others, have a strong eye for detail and want your work to make a meaningful difference, you could be a great fit for our mission-driven team. We’d be delighted to hear from you.
