About
Ingrid and Roger Hamlet
Ingrid and Roger Hamlet joined BMS World Mission as specialists in orthotics and prosthetics. On completion of their missions and language training, they will serve at Guinebor II hospital in N’Djamena, Chad, where they will set up a Prosthetics and Orthotics Department in 2025.
They met at university, where they both studied prosthetics and orthotics. They felt God’s call to mission work before they married. As a teenager, Roger wanted to use his education to serve in mission work and Ingrid chose her degree so she could be useful in a developing world context.
Roger enjoys rock climbing and river kayaking. Ingrid loves drawing and painting. In recent years, they have spent a lot of time at the playground with their two children, Mark and Joel!
