North Africa Spring appeal

Stand with believers risking everything for the gospel

Believers in North Africa are risking their lives to follow Jesus and share the gospel with their neighbours. Could you give today to help them?

Abraham* is one of our partner workers in North Africa. One night he received a call from an unknown number. It was a Christian he supports in a Muslim country, calling to tell him that 11 Christian leaders had been arrested and imprisoned. The few remaining leaders were fleeing, fearing for their lives.

In the last few years, Abraham and his team have trained more than 1,000 Christians across North Africa to share the gospel and make disciples. Through their ministry, more than 90 small groups are now meeting together and telling others about Jesus. Following Jesus in North Africa is dangerous, but your giving will help Abraham and his team tell people about how Jesus brings abundant life.

How will your gifts make a difference?

  • £20 could help a believer experience transformative fellowship at a Christian conference.

  • £60 could provide vital training materials for one disciple maker in North Africa, equipping them to share the gospel.

  • £176 could fund a week’s worth of disciple-making training for believers in North Africa.

Other ways to give

If you have a question about giving to BMS, or would prefer to give by phone or cheque:

  • Call us on 01235 517641 Monday to Friday 10 am – 4 pm. When you call BMS, please mention that your gift is for the North Africa Spring appeal.

  • Email us at supportercare@bmsworldmission.org

  • Please send cheques to:
BMS World Mission, PO Box 49,
    129 Broadway, Didcot, Oxfordshire OX11 8XA

Your gift will help to share the gospel and train disciples in North Africa. If the appeal target is exceeded, additional funds will support work in the world’s least evangelised places, based on where the need is greatest.

Christians in North Africa long to make Jesus known, despite the huge challenges. Anything you are able to give today will make a real difference to your brothers and sisters in Christ.
