Introductions

The SANTAL tribe are willing and open to the gospel. There are about 350,000 Santal people in Bangladesh.They are very quiet and disciplined. They are very much hospitable and soft minded. They are striving to live because economically they are weak. Sometimes they are exploited by others, same situation is when their children are in school.There are so many opportunities to work among them for holistic development. Some Santal people receive Jesus Christ as their personal saviour, between 20% and 30% are Christian. Still, there is so many unreached Santal people in different areas of Bangladesh. I found that, God has open their hearts to hear the gospel. And this is the great time to share the gospel with them. In the gospel sharing time I see their mind. I see the Holy Spirit is working among them. God has shown me their heart. And God told me, this is the time to share gospel. I personally believe, God has prepared their mind and heart to hear the gospel and receive the Christ as saviour. We can’t miss the opportunity, we can’t avoid God’s desire to have them as God’s children. This is the harvest time.

Some evangelists are working among them, but there is not enough evangelists to proclaim the gospel among them. BBCS is preparing some evangelist to send them in the new field to harvest. Sadhon Falia and Purnima Mondal are working among them in Noagon district’s area. They are struggling, but working faithfully. We need more evangelists, more workers, and more dedicated persons. Sadon Falia and Purnina Mondal & Rev. Nitay Soren & Putul Hemrom are working hard. People are changing their life style. Their children are going to the school. They are meeting together listening to the gospel and praying together to the Lord. Constantly changing their lifes in Christ. They know who is Jesus Christ. My passion is to have all SANTAL people in Christ. Because Jesus loves them. I am praying for them daily for their salvation in Christ. Without Christ there is no abundant life.  

I am pursuing further studies in a theological institution. We are are currently going through a difficult political, social and economical season in Bangladesh. Many different things are happening and we are worried about the situation. However my daughter is leading online Sunday school personally for the children. So many children are involved and turning to Christ.

Thank God for Sadhon Falia and Purnima Modal they are working in new mission field. Pray for new mission field Noagone district area especially.

Pray for the children and youth in new mission field.

Please pray for the resources to recruit and train new evangelists.

Pray God's peace and protection for Bangladesh.
