In prayer we stand — His grace sustains!

Dear friends and supporters,

Greetings in the name of Jesus! Over the past three months, we have seen God’s hand at work—doors opening, lives touched, and prayers answered with joy. We are glad to share highlights from March–May 2026, testimonies of His faithfulness made possible through your steadfast support. May these updates encourage your heart and renew your faith as we continue His mission together.

Ministry update

Our ministry is centered on church planting and discipleship. We currently serve in three focus villages, the dormitory ministry, and pastoring at Horaios Baptist Church. In Phnom Penh, we have begun Free English Class children’s ministry at Horaios Baptist Church and Cheba Ampov, about 4 km from our station. Alongside this, four to five pastors regularly join our monthly ministerial training, strengthening fellowship and equipping leaders for the gospel.

Equipping Leaders for Gospel Ministry: Through vital seminars and training—including the Monthly Meeting & Training (3 Feb 2026), the Pastors & Evangelists Training (1 Apr 2026), the Monthly Evangelists’ Meeting (5 May 2026), and the Seminar at Svaysor Baptist Church (7 Apr 2026)—our leaders were equipped with practical skills in sermon preparation, Holy Communion ministering, contextual strategies for outreach, and renewed focus on prayer. These gatherings have become essential pillars in strengthening our church development ministry.

Special event: Spiritual Renewal

Horaios Dormitory Gospel Meeting (22 Mar 2026) A blessed time of prayer and sharing.

Tropeang Tonluab Evangelism (16–17 Mar 2026) Two‑day outreach where one woman gave her life to Jesus.

Vehpous Outreach (24 Apr 2026) Fifteen members served together, visiting homes across villages. The Gospel reached over 60 adults and 15 children. Two individuals accepted Christ and were baptized immediately.

Spiritual Retreat at Horaios Baptist Church (14 May 2026) Focused on prayer and the Word of God as our greatest weapons against the enemy.

Around 40 members attended, including children.

Children enjoyed their own session with fun activities.

A refreshing time of fellowship, encouragement and renewal in the Lord.

Family Update

By God’s grace, our family is doing well.

Our three children will have a two‑month holiday as May concludes their studies. They will resume in August.

Caleb has completed Grade 10 and sat for two Cambridge exam subjects. We hope for good results.

I prepare to attend Expect26 in June. I plan to arrive in the UK on 15 June, stay through the conference (21–26 June), and return to Cambodia on 30 June. I am excited to visit partner churches during this trip and meet members face‑to‑face.

New Believers Baptisms

Tropeang Tonluab (10 Apr 2026) New believers were joyfully baptized at Tropeang Tonluab Baptist Church.

Vehpous (24 Apr 2026) Two individuals accepted Christ and were baptized immediately during outreach. More detail story as below.

A story – God’s Timing, God’s Glory at Vehpous Village

On 24 April, we held a one‑day evangelism outreach at Vehpous. Fifteen members served together with one heart, visiting homes across the villages. By His grace, more than 60 adults and 15 children heard the gospel, and two individuals gave their lives to Jesus and were baptized immediately. Truly, this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.

That evening, as we prepared to close, we passed by a house where a father and son were seated outside. Pastor Bros suggested we enter, and they welcomed us warmly. After arranging chairs, they agreed to listen to the Word of God. We began with a simple question: “Do you want to go to heaven?” They said yes, but admitted they did not know the way. This opened the door to share the good news—that Jesus came from heaven and is the only One who can lead us there. As we spoke of God’s love, the Spirit touched their hearts, and both surrendered to Christ. Because of their busy schedules, they requested baptism immediately, and that very day they were baptized.

Sometimes, God makes the way easy—when He touches hearts, transformation happens instantly. Truly, He acted at the right time, turning an ordinary encounter into an extraordinary testimony of His saving grace. We thank all prayer partners whose faithful intercession strengthened the mission. Let us continue to uphold Vehpous in prayer, that the seeds sown will bear lasting fruit for His glory.

Prayer Requests

1.    Please pray for my travel plans to the UK—safe journey, fruitful participation in the BMS Expect26 Conference, and meaningful church visits.

2.    Pray for strength and wisdom for pastors and evangelists as they continue training and outreach.

We are upheld by your faithful prayers and encouragement, and we give thanks to God for His goodness and the privilege of sharing this mission journey alongside you.

Psalm 73:26 — “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”

With blessings,
