God's work in India is very evident in various ways. We have seen significant growth in our fellowship numbers. This growth is accompanied by our outreaches, Jesus Film shows, medical camps etc. We are blessed to see His love at work. Despite the challenges, the Lord has opened new villages to hear the Gospel as a result of which the response has been amazing. God is at work transforming lives through our outreaches and discipleship trainings.
We thank God for BMS who has stood with us prayerfully and empowering us to surge forward to see the extension of God's Kingdom.
The Disciple Making Movement (DMM) is gaining momentum with our leaders focusing on spreading the Gospel and building strong Christian communities. Our trainings emphasise leading people to Christ and then starting disciple making groups with them. This approach focuses on equipping believers to share their faith and make disciples and planting simple indigenous churches that can reproduce themselves.
Prayer and fasting: Cultivating a culture of radical prayer and fasting to empower the movement and unlock God's power.
Please pray for our daughter Abigail who will be graduating in May 2026 from her college in America. We are seeking God's guidance for her future stay and completing her Masters education as well. Abigail is also actively involved in doing 3 3rd groups with some of her college friends and teaching them about the Disciple making movement.
Gillian's group of women continue to be mentored under her leadership and many new women who have found faith in Christ have joined and are being discipled.
Please keep Benjamin in your prayers as he continues to travel to mentor and train leaders across countries in the DM Movement.
This month we had our Asia Summit bringing all our leaders all across Asia together for a time of looking back in 2025. It was a wonderful time of praise and worship for the incredible work achieved in the last year. We are thankful to the Lord for opening doors, guiding us, and empowering us to spread His Word and for the souls saved, disciples made, and leaders raised up. Also thankful for His faithfulness, provision, and protection. It was also a time of looking forward to our goals for 2026. Our focus was on obedience-based discipleship encouraging our leaders to model and teach obedience to God's Word. It was a fruitful time of equipping individuals with practical strategies for disciple making and reaching our target for thousands of groups this year.
My name is Pooja*, I am 17 years from a district in the Eastern part of South Asia. I come from a radical religious background and still studying. My father works as a labourer. We are a small family who is poor but we manage to make ends meet. After completing my twelfth grade studies, I was able to get admission into college. Unfortunately, after about two months, I started to get very sick. I started having fever and experienced very bad pain in my breast. When I first felt the pain, I thought, "This is just how it is." But gradually, the pain became so intense and I was in so much pain that I couldn't bear it anymore, I went to the doctor, and the news the doctor gave me left me deeply saddened, The doctor said, "The pain in your chest is caused by a lump, and that lump is cancer!. When I heard the word cancer, I felt like I had fallen from the sky to the ground. The doctor said to me “your breast will be removed”. This news sent my entire family into shock, but somehow, we mustered up the courage and went to the doctor. We sought his advice and I had already undergone about three or four operations on my chest, but the lump kept reappearing,
My family went through a lot of pain, my father was selling my mother's jewellery and his land to pay for my treatment. Even so, I wasn't getting better. Finally, the doctor gave me 9 chemotherapy treatments. This caused all of my hair to fall out, I became completely bald and looked awful. My body was swollen. In that state, I would call out to my god day and night, asking god to heal me, but my condition got worse day by day, I had no way out. Every night when I went to sleep, I felt like there wouldn't be a tomorrow morning for me. My life was being spent in this fear and lost all hope in my life. We had met some Christian people who shared the Gospel and told us about the miracles of Jesus Christ. We are devout followers of our religion and believing in other God's is forbidden for us according to our holy book, but in that situation, when someone showed us a way to healing, we couldn't do anything else, so we said, "Let's try Jesus." And for the first time, we went to church and prayed, and I experienced healing from that very day, From that day onwards, my swelling started to decrease, and the pain also subsided. After 3 months, I had another checkup, and the report that came back was quite shocking it was normal; no type of cancer was found. Praise God! This report forced my entire family to believe that only the Lord Jesus can provide healing and salvation. Today, I am completely healed and my entire family follows Jesus Christ. This photo is from the time when all my hair had fallen out due to chemotherapy.
