About
Carlos Tique Jone
Carlos joined BMS World Mission in 2014 to serve as a mission worker to his home country of Mozambique. He works with BMS and the Mozambique Baptist Convention (CBM) as a trainer in project management with a passion for helping develop small businesses, church leadership and youth work. Using his degree in Environment Management, he currently oversees a project that teaches farmers to improve how they grow crops, whilst looking after the land for future generations.
Carlos is also the leader of his church, which has 5 congregations across 2 distinct areas, and he is a theological student.
Carlos is married to Mrs Domingas Jone. They have four children: Timoteo, Elias, Ester and Josue.
Carlos enjoys reading books and magazines, listening to music, and travelling.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Carlos Tique Jone will no longer be able to return to the UK this winter. Sadly he will not be visiting any of his supporting churches.
