About
Laura-Lee Lovering
Laura has been serving as an environmental scientist with BMS World Mission in Peru since 2012. She initially worked in the Peruvian Amazon, assisting with the development of environmental and educational initiatives through the Nauta Integral Mission Training Centre.
In 2021, Laura relocated to Piura and took up the role of Creation Stewardship Coordinator for BMS and the local Baptist partner. With much of her focus now on strategy, she continues getting her hands dirty with church and community projects, from recycling workshops to cleaning initiatives.
Laura loves to be outdoors, especially in South Wales or the Peruvian Andes. She enjoys reading C.S. Lewis and P.G. Wodehouse and watching a good sci-fi/action film.
